Four Million Homes: an opportunity to change social housing
The Four Million Homes free service was introduced last year and aims to help the estimated four million people who live in social housing across the UK.
The service provides lots of information, guidance, and training courses on the services that landlords must provide to residents and tenants as part of their rights. They cover lots of topics such as dealing with damp and mould, repairs, antisocial behaviour, rent and service charges, and a wide range of tenancy matters.
We support and promote this service and encourage all our customers to get more information here: www.fourmillionhomes.org.
We've also created a webpage to clarify your rights as a social housing tenant, and how we and other organisations can help you to exercise your rights, at www.boltonathome.org.uk/know-your-rights.
