Your safety comes first

Being safe in your home and neighbourhood is a priority for us, and our target is to achieve 100% compliance across all safety areas.

This is how we’ve performed over the last year:

gas safety checks completed

fire risk assessments completed

asbestos management surveys completed

legionella risk assessments completed

lift safety checks completed

of tenants said they felt their home was safe

said they were satisfied that communal areas were kept clean and well maintained

We’ve continued to invest in your health and safety by:

Creating a new fire door safety video, which shows you how to check fire doors and report issues.

Adding new building safety information to our website. You can tap here to visit the Home and Building Safety Hub on our website for Building Safety Case information, including:

  • building specifications
  • latest Fire Risk Assessment summaries
  • regular safety check records and more.

Promoting our High-Rise Customer Panel, so those of you in our high-rise blocks can help to shape building safety decisions.

Completing more than 1,000 fire safety actions identified through fire risk assessments, including communal area repairs.

Updating all high-rise Building Safety Cases in line with the requirements of the Building Safety Act (2022).

Working closely with residents in all our buildings to keep evacuation routes clear and reduce fire risk.

Holding building safety customer action days across all five of our high-rise blocks to give advice on:

  • fire and structural safety
  • customer voice and feedback
  • environmental improvements
