Registered providers of social housing in England must now meet the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) requirements. This involves us collecting and reporting on our performance using tenant perception surveys and data from our management systems.
If you were selected to take part in our 2024-25 Tenant Perception Survey, thank you for sharing your views. The headline tenant satisfaction results from these surveys were:
of tenants were satisfied that we treat them fairly and with respect
of tenants were satisfied that we keep them informed about things that matter
of tenants were satisfied with the overall service we provide
of tenants were satisfied with our approach to handling antisocial behaviour
of tenants were satisfied that we make a positive contribution to the neighbourhood
of tenants were satisfied that we listen to their views and act on them
It’s great to see that most of you are satisfied – but we know there’s still more to do. In this report we’ll talk about some of the changes we’ve already made, and the steps we’re taking to keep improving.
You’ll find some of our other 2024-25 TSM results throughout this report. If you’d prefer to see a complete list in one place, visit: www.boltonathome.org.uk/our-performance.
