Awaab’s Law
Awaab’s Law, which comes into effect in October 2025, sets clear legal timeframes for how quickly housing associations like us need to investigate and resolve damp, mould, and other hazards. It reinforces our commitment to safe and healthy living conditions for everyone.
We’ve reviewed our repair response times, improving how we track and manage reports, while making sure you receive clear communication and timely updates.
We want to learn from every case, listen to your feedback, and continue to improve how we respond.
If you’re concerned about damp or mould in your home, please call us on 01204 328000. Our team will ask a few questions to understand what’s happening, so they can arrange the right support and get it sorted quickly.
